Kia ora my name is Creole and this is my first blog of tearm 2.

I have been reading a book called Taupo Blows!

This book is really good because its really intresting and creative. In this book what happens is that the volcano explodes, theres these little kids and there home alone and their parents are out having coffe. The house is all broken from the volcano and the windows were broken and everything and this rockman just came out of no where and it looks creepy i can tell by the text.

My thoughts or feeling and scared because of them going in the volcano and my other feeling is amazed because their so brave to go in the volcano and should be proud of them self.

I have been writing down all my reading and knowledge on this slideshow and things we learnt about in te slideshow and we have to draw the charaters in the novel.

We are wearing these headbans to celebrate the parihaka day and peace. So I type up taniko patterns and started to copy a pattern then I was drawing it in pencil and when I was done with pencil I went over with permanent marker and then I was done I went to the teacher and she put my  headban around my head and tape it to be my size then I went to another teacher and she helped me do the feathers it came out so good!!. I love wearing it it like so cool I hade fun making it I made it in a day and thats good so I dont need to do it on monday and I love the feathers so calm. You wear white because it peace and a nice colour and to  celebrate Parihaka.
